My path has been one of creative exploration and deep personal inquiry. From my experiences in the tactile world of art and ceramics to the transformative realm of coaching, therapy and psychospiritual shamanism, I’ve discovered the power of inner wisdom and healing.

My intuitive work with you is supported on a strong foundation of training and experience as a transformational life coach and qualified Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist.

I offer a unique, intuitive approach that is also trauma informed, creating a safe space for you to explore your depths and discover your true potential.
